I love this dress! The colors and pattern are gorgeous, as is the neckline. It mostly fits like a dream, though the skirt is a little heavy and pulls the waistline down so the profile silhouette looks a little frumpy (but I'm super picky!).
Very beautiful dress. The material is great, fully lined and neatly sewn. I was worried about the waist size because my waist is 30 but the medium fits perfectly. I was dancing when I tried it on.
I saw this on Nordstrom Rack’s site but it was sold out in my size. Lucky for me, it was available on Flying Tomato’s site, so I grabbed it. I knew it would be great, but I’m shocked at how well it fits. I’m 5’2” and it hits just where it should. I wanted it to be long and it is. It’s the perfect weight - it’s denim, so it’s not light, but it’s not so heavy that you’ll be tired just from wearing it. It has a great flow and is even more stunning on. If any dress style makes denim look classy, this is it.
This dress is so stunning and has such a 1940s vibe. I got a medium and it fit perfectly being 5’6 and a dress size 6.

True to size fit. Vibrant colors. Floor length for me at 5' 7". Fabric is not too heavy, but not thin; so works for winter. My only dislike is that the fabric is loud, it is lined but that does not help soften the rustling noise it makes with every movement.
I have several Flying Tomato dresses, and they’re all so flirty and fun, they run true to size and are perfect for work, highly recommended.

Love this dress and seemed to be made well but the waist was way too tight. I’m a 6/8 and the medium was too small but I’m afraid the large would have been too big waist to shoulder. Sadly returned for gift card (insert eye roll at the return policy).

This was the first dress I ever purchased on FT. I love the look and feel of it. The fabric is thin and flows seamlessly; I felt beautiful when I wore it. The dress has a lining which adds to its weight and comfort. Lots of compliments as I also styles it with a wide belt, hoop earrings, decorative boots and jewelry. FT, you are becoming my favorite brand.
By far, this is one of my favorites from Flying Tomato. The fabric is heavier than other dresses I’ve purchased and it didn't disappoint. I prefer a loose fit, but the fabric does give so maybe purchase a size smaller depending on your preferences. The wider elastic band for plus sizes was perfect for me because it gave the appearance of a tapered waist. I would love to see more of this style in additional patterns. Way to go, Flying Tomato.
I love everything about this dress, the fabric, shimmer, comfort and feel. Classically elegant. The fabric is soft with flecks of gold. The fabric is thin but the dress is lined. I am tall and the dress is long and flowy.
I love the look on this dress, but the reality is it's not made for short women. The torso was way too long and it just didn't fit right. I'm 5'1 and I had high hopes for this dress because it was so beautiful. I love the colors. Unfortunately, because it's specifically made the way it is, it looked terrible. I'm going to have to return it, and now I've lost out on some money because of it. Very disappointing. It would be helpful if they showed models who were shorter in addition to the taller models so it's easier to tell how it will look on a shorter person.
