1. How do I know what size to order?

2. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to over 60 countries including Canada and Mexico. You can check availability during checkout by selecting your country in the shipping address section.

3. How do I get a promo code?
We offer a 15% promo code and a free shipping code for new customers who sign up for our promotional newsletter. (If you don’t see the email, check your spam folder or visit the link below.)

4. Can I use more than one promo code at checkout?
Only one promo code can be applied per order.

5. How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on the selected shipping method and destination. Delivery can take anywhere from 1 to 18 days.

6. How do I track my order?
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order has been shipped.

7. Can I change or cancel my order after it's placed?
Changes or cancellations may be possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible.

8. Why was my order canceled?
We carefully inspect all items before shipping. However, if the last item in stock is found to be damaged during the final check, the order may be canceled.

9. What do I do if I received a damaged or wrong item?
Please email us at hello@flyingtomato.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We’ll take care of it right away.

10. How do I return or exchange?
To start your return, please visit our return center.

11. When will I be refunded?
Please allow 3–7 business days for your return to be processed once it reaches our warehouse. We will send you a confirmation email once your store credit has been issued.

14. How do I know if I was approved or declined for an installment payment method?
Approval is handled directly by Klarna or Afterpay. If approved, you’ll receive a confirmation email. If declined, your order will be canceled and your card will not be charged. Flying Tomato does not determine eligibility.

15. What is the Shop Pay installment rate and terms?
Rates range from 0%–36% APR depending on eligibility. Loans are offered through Shop Pay’s partner lenders.
