GENERAL SHIPPING INFORMATION
* All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.
* Orders placed on the weekends and holidays are processed on the next business day.
* Standard or Express package cutoff time is 2 PM PST. Any standard or express orders placed after 2 PM PST will be processed the next business day.
* Standard or Express Shipping Option is not eligible for P.O Box addresses.
* Shipping costs or any additional shipping costs are nonrefundable.
* Flying Tomato is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking is updated as delivered.
* Continental US only
* If shipping is done by a third party for accessories, jewelry, hats, beach towels, swimsuits, bags, etc., additional shipping charges may apply.
* UPS Next Day Air Saver® pricing may vary by region. Orders placed by 2PM PST on Thursday may arrive on Friday. Orders placed by 2PM PST on Friday may arrive on Monday.

FREE SHIPPING INFORMTAION
Free Economy Shipping is valid on orders over $89+ US Dollars. Free Shipping applies to merchandise only. Taxes, Duties, and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping Total.
POSSIBLE DELAYS
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free standard ground shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
LOST PACKAGE
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
PREORDERS
1. Select your desired size and color for the style you wish to preorder.
2. Place a preorder.
3. Once the item becomes available, you will receive an email notification.
4. Click the link in the email to place an order for the style.
5. You're done! You will receive an order confirmation email to confirm your order.
