Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.
If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
All accessories, including LUNA SARAH bags, are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.
All Sale items are on FINAL SALE and CANNOT be returned for a refund.
DAMAGES & ISSUES
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
You will receive a notification once your return is inspected. If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method.
