START A RETURN

We offer free returns for STORE CREDIT ONLY for all U.S. orders.
All returns must be requested within 30-Days of the order date.
ALL SALE ITEMS are on FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be returned for a refund.

To start your return,
  1. Please visit our return center.
  2. Follow the steps to request your return.
  3. All returns must be shipped out within two weeks of requesting the return.
  4. Please allow up to two weeks after you ship the return for the refund to be processed.
* Only 1 return request is allowed per order.
* Flying Tomato reserves the right to limit service to customers that show excessive return activity.
* Any returns not following this guideline are subject to refusal

 

EXCEPTIONS/NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

1. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition: unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
2. Items returned with obvious use, makeup, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.
3. If received damaged, items will be shipped back and subject to additional shipping costs.
4. All accessories, including LUNA SARAH bags and shoes, are FINAL SALE and NOT eligible for Returns.
5. All Sale items are on FINAL SALE and CAN NOT be returned for a refund.

DAMAGES & ISSUES
If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
We ask that you please include photos of the damage to expedite the process.
We will do our best to take care of customers and deal with them fairly; we ask that our customers treat us fairly as well. From time to time, we may not accept a return of items with minor damage.

EXCHANGES
We are unable to accommodate direct exchanges. If you would like to exchange, please return your order and place a new one. Only in the case of a size exchange, your return will be refunded to the original form of payment.

REFUNDS
If your return is approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to store credit.
Your store credit will be sent to your email.

We do not provide free returns for any International orders, Puerto Rico Addresses, APO addresses, and PO Box Addresses. If you wish to return, please send your return to the below address:
