Cute, quality, tight, short

This dress is definitely cute and quality made. I am typically size L in other brands and a comfortable 10/12 in any dresses, but I have found FT dresses run a little small. I am fairly short at 5'4", so I didn't think this dress would actually be a mini on me. It's definitely a mini. That being said, I will keep it and hope for calm winds. Lol.
