Orders placed after noon PST will ship the next business day. Orders placed after 12 PM PST on Friday will ship out Monday. 3 Business Days orders confirmed after 2:00 P.M. ET will be processed the following business day. 3 Business Days orders placed on Friday after 2:00 P.M. ET will be processed on Monday (excluding holidays).

Free Economy Shipping is valid on orders over $75+ US Dollars. Free Shipping applies to merchandise only. Taxes, Duties, and Gift Cards do not count toward the Free Shipping Total.
We currently ship international orders to Canada, Mexico, some of Europe and Asia. Unfortunately, covid restrictions in other countries are causing significant delays and are often blocking shipments at the borders.
Customs and Duties
Flying Tomato does not pay any customs, duties, or taxes of any kind on international orders. Countries may or may not assess a fee for your order entering the country. This does not always happen. But please be aware that it can happen, and that Flying Tomato does not pay these fees.
We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting our free standard ground shipping or international shipping options, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated timeframe.
Once the investigation is complete, if your order is lost in transit or delivered to the wrong address, we will replace your items if they are still available. If we cannot replace them, then we will refund your order, as well as any shipping costs. However, if shipping carrier confirms delivery to the correct address, we are unable to issue a refund.
When is order is valued at $250 or more, we require a signature for delivery. This will help ensure that the order was delivered correctly.
* If you place a preorder now, you will receive an email notification once the item becomes available. Then, you must place a new order to receive the item.
* If you do not place a new order after preorder, your preorder will automatically be canceled.
* Payment is charged at checkout, not when you place the preorder.
* Your preorder will NOT be shipped unless you place a separate order after the item available notification.
* If you wish to cancel your preorder after the shipment announcement, please visit our return center and request a return. Your refund will be processed to store credit.
* For returns on preorders, you have 30-Days from the shipping date - not from the order date.
* Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.
* The date listed on the Preorder page is an approximation. Preorders can be delayed from 1-8 weeks depending on the manufacturing, quantity, and details of the item.
