Primay Colors

Did you know that each season has its own set of primary colors within its unique seasonal palette? Summer's one of the most colorful seasons because it borrows from both warmer and cooler tones, like a delicious fruit salad! And, since they don't teach summer-specific primary colors in school, let's learn how to incorporate these bright tones into our summer wardrobes. Fashion Class is in session!

TURN THE GREEN MOOD ON
Green is so much more than a color in the summertime. It's eating watermelon, lying beneath palm trees, and running barefoot through the grass. Green goes best with white, tan, and navy blue. If you're feeling bold, pair it with pink or yellow accessories!

Dive into Blue ocean
As beautiful as the ocean and the sky above, blue is a cool shade that won't disappoint. We've all seen first-hand how versatile it is because, hello, denims! Wear it on its own or with any color you'd like because it's smooth sailing for this one.

Loving the citron trend
Yellow is quite possibly the most underrated color to wear. You're not alone if you tend to avoid it because you think it won't look good on you. But in this class, we offer extra credit! Try some of these stunning citrus-inspired pieces because yellow can be such a flattering hue on all skin tones.

POP OF PINK
A splash of pink in your summer wardrobe is sure to make a statement because it can be worn on its own as a monochromatic look or contrasted with a jean jacket, white pants, yellow maxi skirt, green thong heeled sandals...The list goes on!
go bold in multi-color print
Why wear one when you can wear all? Some of these multi-colored prints fall under the term "'color blocking," meaning there is a combination of contrasting primary colors. Dynamic prints are so flattering in the summer because they capture the fiery spark of the season.
